Your Instructor - Tamara Poff
I’m Tamara Poff, a dedicated artist and seasoned instructor committed to guiding artists in cultivating clarity, confidence, and a distinctive personal visual style. My teaching mission is straightforward: to uncover the creative vision that resides within every painter.
Based in Tucson, Arizona, since 2018, I am a contemporary narrative painter with a B.A. in Art Education. My work is showcased in collections nationwide, from Massachusetts to California. I collaborate with both novice and seasoned painters eager to enhance their artistic goals and trust their unique visual instincts.

I'm a representational painter most days, but find that cold wax medium keeps me from getting too tight in my work. Cold wax and oil paint gives painters at any level an opportunity to acheive a successful result and enhance their skills.
